Self expression by Celestial Communication

In this journey of self-expression, pair mantra with meditative, mindful movement in a technique from Yogi Bhajan of Kundalini Yoga named celestial communication.  We call on Shakti, the Divine Mother of creation to move through us, to rise through us that we may embody our full expression in this lifetime, that our soul may shine.

Celestial Communication

Adi Shakti- Hands in prayer position, arms reaching up, arms spreading out

Sarab Shakti- Hands together, left hand on top of right palms facing up and extending forward, into a cup

Pritham Bhagvati- into lotus mudra, wrists together

Kundalini Mata Shakti, Mata Shakti- twisting wrists around again, twirling up the Kundalini

Namo Namo- up and down bowing to the divine power, backwards paddle
